How to Stop Feeling Overwhelmed : 3 Essential Skills for a Stress Free Summer

Dates: Thursday June 16th and Friday June 17th from 9:30 - 10:30 am CST on zoom.

Cost: $20

This class will be on zoom video and will be interactive. I will teach you, and we will also have open discussions and coaching. I’ve limited the class to 10 people so that we have enough time to make sure everyone has time to ask questions and get coaching where it’s needed. This class will NOT be recorded. It’s going to be live during the class times only.

Step 1 - The What: What is causing the overwhelm, for you specifically? It could be your spouse, your kids, your boss, your neighbor, your noisy house, a big mess, or maybe all of the above! We’ll also look into what beliefs you have that are contributing to your overwhelm. For example, were you taught that women need to “do it all”? Do you believe that “everyone else can handle this but I can’t”? 

Step 2 - The How: Now that you understand exactly what the problem is, how do you fix it? I’ll teach you 2 simple tools that you can use anytime to make the overwhelm feel manageable.  

Step 3 - The Now:  You know the problem, and the solution, and now you DO IT. You think in the way you plan to think, you act in the way you planned to act, and you start feeling better. Right. Away. 

When my clients learn and apply this process, they get amazing results. They don’t just feel present and calm. They also have closer relationships with their kids and spouse. They make more money. They enjoy work. They say no, without feeling guilty. It’s a whole new way to live.
