When I first started with Michelle, I was at one of the lowest points of my life. I had been to counseling and on anti-depressants for quite some time. Nothing was helping me! Life had just thrown me a bunch of curve balls at once and I was not able to mentally get to a better place.
For the first time, I felt as if I was truly addressing things proactively. I learned to work on my thoughts and turn them around into realistic/positive/true thoughts!

When I started working with Michelle I was dubious yet optimistic. I didn’t know if “coaching” was right for me. About three sessions in, I had my call with her and I was like, “holy sh#t” it worked!” I didn’t even know it was happening. Needless to say, that success certainly spurred me on!
After every session, I felt so incredibly optimistic that I could change - despite my narrative that I’m an old dog who can’t learn new tricks!
